Lastly, BitPay always keeps access logs to our servers, which contain IP address, time, access details.
BitPay does not collect any third party integrations within the product (such as Bitcoin exchange or any other integrations). It is crucial to note that private keys are never transmitted to BitPay’s servers, so it is not possible for BitPay to access a user’s Bitcoin in any case.
