BitPay Wallet v1.3.0 Adds Coinbase Bitcoin Exchange Support, New Language Translations

Need a fast way to get bitcoin to a bitcoin address you control? We've taken another step to make that possible in version 1.3.0 of BitPay's secure bitcoin wallet.

Coinbase is one of the popular sites for buying and selling bitcoin today. Now, if you have a Coinbase account, just link it up to your BitPay app to start buying and selling bitcoin directly to and from addresses you control.

The best thing about using Coinbase with the BitPay app? You can get fast, convenient access for purchasing bitcoin from a debit card, credit card, or bank account while still maintaining full control and privacy over transactions from your bitcoin wallet.

If you already have a Coinbase account but are looking for a secure everyday bitcoin wallet, try the BitPay app on your desktop or mobile platform of choice. When you're ready to get started, the pairing process takes just seconds.

We've also added several new language translations for the BitPay wallet app, including Spanish, French, Chinese, and German. This has been a major feature request for the BitPay wallet app, so we're glad to deliver it in this release for these speakers (and for bitcoin users practicing their multi-linguistic skills).

Have feedback on the new integration? Your bug reports and feature requests go a long way in making this open source project a success.
